Abstract
The emission of the $A^{2}\Pi\rightarrow X^{2}\Sigma$ and $B^{2}\Sigma\rightarrow X^{2}\Sigma$ transitions of he Y0 molecule was recorded with a high resolution Fourier spectrometer. This is the first study of a molecular spectrum in emission in the visible region with the help of Fourier spectrometry. The source is a composite wall hollow cathode lamp and comparison is made with spectra obtained with a grating spectrograph (f = 3.5 m). Six bands of the $A^{2}\Pi\rightarrow X^{2}\Sigma^{+}$ and two bands of the $B^{2}\Sigma^{+}\rightarrow X^{2}\Sigma^{+}$ systems $(\Delta v = 0$ sequences) are analyzed. (0$-$0) and ($l-$l) bands of these two systems are fitted in a unique calculation. The interferometric precision of the records allows the determination of small parameters $(P_{J}, A_{J},....)$ and an excellent synthetic reconstitution of the spectrum. Calculated and measured intensities are compared.
