Abstract
An integrating reflectometer has been built according to $Sanderson's^{1}$ general design. Employing only reflecting optics, it may be used throughout the infrared region. Relative measurements of diffuse and total reflectance may be made at angles of incidence from $15^{\circ}$ to $70^{\circ}$. The minimum sample size is $.5 \times 3 mm$. Spectra will be shown illustrating its performance in measurements on liquid, solid, and compacted powder samples.
