Abstract

The first and second overtone bands of $N^{15}O$ at 2.7 and $1.8\mu$ have been obtained with a total absorption path equivalent to 0.32 and 1.6 meter atmospheres respectively. The results are more precise than our previous work with $N^{14}O$. The molecular constants obtained from the analysis will be compared with those obtained from microwave $data^{1-2}$ and those based on $N^{14}O$ and an isotope shift.
