Abstract

During the summer months of 2017, I completed a Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga Six in Upper Arlington. Throughout the 3 month program, I learned about yoga history and philosophy, teaching methodology, anatomy, meditation, and elements of a dynamic yoga class. Yoga teacher training expanded my knowledge of the physical and spiritual practices of yoga.
