Abstract

The rotational energy for spherical top molecules in their vibronic ground state is given in a general form to all orders. The sixth-order result is developed explicity. The Hamiltonian for a triply-degenerate fundamental of spherical top molecules is extended to sixth order of approximation. Formulas for the energy levels have been developed.
