Abstract
Improved molecular constants for $^{12}C^{16}O$, $^{12}C^{18}O$, $^{13}C^{16}O$, and $^{13}C^{18}O$ have been determined by using a heterodyne technique to measure beat frequencies up to 46 GHz between $^{12}C^{16}O$ and frequency-doubled $CO_{2}$ lasers and between $^{12}C^{16}O$ and rare-isotope CO lasers.
