Spectra of $C3O2$ near $540cm-1$ have been recorded with a Bomem interferometer at an apodized resolution of $0.004cm-1$. After deconvolution an effective line width of $\sim 0.0018cm-1$ has been attained enabling significant progress to be made in the analysis. In addition to confirming an earlier $analysis(1)$ of the fundamental, many of the levels involving up to 3 quanta of the low lying bending vibration $\nu 7$, have also been identified and analysed. Aspects of the vibrational Renner-Teller effect will be discussed.
