Abstract

Using Wang function representations, the energy levels are determined by diagonalizing four relatively small symmetric matrices (order J/2) for each J value. The eigenfunctions are available from the diagonalization, and they are used to calculate the Stark perturbations. The programs are written in FORTRAN II and can be used on many small computers.
