The Raman spectra of liquid and solid $N214O4$ and $N215O4$ have been examined at $-35\circ C$ using a Cary Model 81 Raman spectrophotometer. Measurements have been made of the isotopic shift of the observed bands. Infrared measurements have also been made of the bands of gaseous and liquid $N214O4$ and $N215O4$ using $CsBr1$, NaCl and $CaF2$ prisms. Assignments have been made of the observed bands and these assignments will be discussed in the light of the isotopic product rules involved.
