The spectrum of of was run with a resolution limit of on the Univ. of Denver 50 cm FTIR spectrometer system. More than 300 lines of and some lines of and were assigned. The analysis of the data was carried out using Typke's reduction of Watson's . Ground state constants were determined from a least squares fit of microwave transitions combined with weighted averaged ground state combination differences from the infrared bands (010), (020), (100), (001), (110), (011), (210), and (111). The (010) upper state constants were obtained from a least squares fit of the spectral lines, keeping the ground state constants fixed.
