Abstract

Kinnear Road Research Center is located at 1314 Kinnear Road. This and related buildings were officially named "Ohio State University Research Center" by Board of Trustees on April 11, 1955. This action covered "present and projected facilities" at this location. Alternate names include: "Rockwell Plant", "Rockwell Manufacturing Co." and "Ohlen Bishop Manufacturing Co." This building is now carried in Campus Planning records as Research Center. The official name remains "Ohio State University Research Center."
