The B-type hand $\nu 1+\nu 2$ of $\mathrm{<mrow\; data-mjx-texclass="ORD">14</mrow>}N16O2$ was recorded at $0.025cm-1$ resolution. Spin splitting was observed in all but a few transitions. The splitting was fit through the second order and preliminary constants (in cm$\mathrm{<mrow\; data-mjx-texclass="ORD">-1</mrow>}$) are as follows: \epsilon^{\prime}{aa}-\frac{1}{2}(\epsilon^{\prime}{bb}+\epsilon^{\prime}{cc})=0.2035\pm 0.00050\frac{1}{2}(\epsilon^{\prime}{bb}+\epsilon^{\prime}{cc})=-0.00158\pm 0.00002\epsilon^{\prime}{bb}+\epsilon^{\prime}{cc}=0.0051\pm 0.0003\eta^{\prime}{aaaa}=-0.000184\pm 0.000007\eta^{\prime\prime}_{aaaa}=-0.000140\pm 0.000007 The spin corrected line centers were then fit with an asymmetric rotor program with the following preliminary results:\nu_0=2063.117\pm 0.002\mbox{ cm}^{-1}\alpha^{\prime}-\alpha^{\prime\prime}=+0.4898\pm 0.00003{B}^{\prime}-\beta^{\prime\prime}0.00003{C}^{\prime}-{C}{\prime\prime}.00003 where the errors are 3 times the estimated standard deviation. The centrifugal distortion constants have been obtained and will be presented in the final results.
