Abstract

The rotational spectral and hyperfine structure of 16-17-16 and $17-16-16$ $0_{3}$ have been observed and analysed. The spin-rotation tensors of both molecules are characterized by large values of $M_{aa}$. These are 172(14) kHz and 257(9) kHz for the 16-17-16 and 17-16-16 species, respectively. The spin-rotation and quadrupole tensors will be discussed in terms of a simple molecular model.
