The microwave spectrum of $H2C:C\cdot C:O$ has been studied in the region 8-40 Gc. Several a-type lines have been assigned for two planar rotational isomers. The form consistent with a structure having the double bonds trans to one another has rotational constants: $A=10564.\pm 4.8Mc;B=4451.0\pm .08Mc;C=3131.5\pm .08Mc$. The inertial defect: $ICIB-IA=.0049\pm .02Amu-\backslash AA2$. The form consistent with a structure having double bonds cis to one another had rotational constants: $A=10912.\pm 2.7Mc;B=4205.69\pm .05Mc;C=3036.26\pm .05Mc$. Inertial defect $=0.03\pm .02Amu-\backslash AA2$. Quantative measurements of the Stark effect were made to yield values of the dipole moments of both forms.
