Abstract

A method of forming a block consisting of independently oriented (relative) photogrammetric models is described. A computer program is presented which consists of two operating modes, viz., Regularized Strip Triangulation and Block Triangulation. Starting with a model that contains good control for better absolute orientation, the triangulation can proceed left or right, above or below until the Block has been formed. The program builds up the block, the adjustment of which can be performed by any suitable method separately. The technique is not dependent on any particular type of instrument or method used for generating the data. A detailed flow-diagram is presented, followed by relevant Computer Listing.
