This is the minutes for the Council on Academic Affairs' meeting on May 20, 2009. Daniel A. Mendelsohn and W. Randy Smith (the Chair and Vice Chair, respectively) gave comments regarding relevant updates. Melinda Wright presented on the Report on Dual-Enrollment. Professor Charles R. Wise presented the Report on the John Glenn School of Public Affairs. Professor Daniel A. Mendelsohn and W. Randy Smith presented the proposal to create a Graduate Interdisciplinary Specializations in Health-System Pharmacy Administration, Medicinal Chemistry and Pharmacognosy, Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Administration, and Translational Science. The Council discussed the definition of a credit hour and the election of the Chair for the 2009-2010 term.
