Abstract

The hfs of some Na2 23Πg, 33Πg, and 23Πg−21Πg mixed levels have been observed by CODR fluoresoence excitation spectroscopy. Both 23Π1g and 33Π1g levels have no resolved hfs within our OODR excitation resolution. 23ΠOg and 33ΠOg levels have hfs and their magnetic dipole hf constants are positive. The 23Πg V= V-11, J=13, 14 levels are perturbed by the 21Πg V=27 levels of the same J. The OODR excitation lines to these perturbed levels from A1Σu(V=22)−b3ΠOu(V=25)J=13,14 levels have totally resolved hfs. From the intermediate level’s hfs, the magnetic dipole hf constants of these 23Πg−21Πg mixed levels have been determined and are negtive.
