Abstract
This paper seeks to measure the security aspect of the transatlantic relationship as it stands today. Using the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, France and Spain as a sample, the security relationship is evaluated by studying the operational cooperation, philosophical understanding and respect that exists between Europe and the United States in the War on Terrorism.
