Abstract

Ann Marie Miller Whitlach earned her undergraduate degree from Mount St. Joseph in Cincinnati, then moved to Columbus to earn a Master's degree at The Ohio State University. After teaching at Ohio Wesleyan University for 11 years, she returned to Ohio State to earn a Ph.D. After working a number of years as a consultant with insurance companies on long-term care policies for chronic illnesses, she became Executive Vice President and COO of HealthPro Network, an Ohio Nurses Association for-profit company. She again returned to Ohio State to teach in the College of Nursing, as a Clinical Assistant Professor, until her retirement in 2015.
