The $△=\nu ~$ ($cm-1$)= (0,662,668,919,1299) Vibronic bands of the $S2$ electronic state of Azulene seeded in a pulsed He jet, were studied using simultaneous measurement of laser absorption and laser induced fluorescence. Some discussion of $\varphi f$ measurements and non-radiative decay rates will be presented.
