Abstract

High resolution infrared spectra of the $20^{0}1-00^{0}0$ and $02^{0}1-00^{0}0$ bands of $C^{80}Se_{2}$ have been measured near $2000 cm^{-1}$. From the rotational analysis the carbon selenium bond distance is determined to be $r_{e} = 1.6917 \pm 0.0015$ {\AA}. High resolution spectra, were also obtained for the C-O stretching fundamentals of several isotopes of OCSe Combining the infrared data with new microwave data on OCSe we have determined an equilibrium structure.
