Abstract

The microwave spectrum of one isomer of $N_{2}F_{2}$ has been studied in the region 14-40 KMC. The rotational constants are: $A=19686 Mc, B=7946 Mc, C=5654 Mc$, which are compatible with a planar structure. The dipole moment is 0.16 D. Relative intensities of two transitions support the cis structure instead of the form $NNF_{2}$.
