Abstract

The resonance functions for line-width and shift calculations, in either the straight line or the parabolic approximation1, can be resolved into linear combinations of base functions of the form 1(m,n)=∫−−eikz(1+z2)2m∫−2eikz(1+z2)2ndz′ Methods for calculating the base functions and the complete resonance functions, both analytic 1 and numerical, are being developed.
