Abstract

This panel will highlight key aspects of the current public discussion about the various privacy and security implications stemming from federal surveillance practices. Panelists will address differing points of view, such as the legal, organizational, and policy perspectives surrounding the topic. This event will feature speakers from The Ohio State University who specialize in topics of national security, surveillance practices, constitutional and privacy law, and counterinsurgency to provide an analysis of a key public discussion affecting the future of security measures in the United States and abroad.
