The high resolution infra-red data published by Botineau $\mathrm{<mrow\; data-mjx-texclass="ORD">1</mrow>}$ has been analyzed using the theory discussed by $Susskind.2$ The results are quite good. The values of the effective parameters will be discussed with regard to the interactions in the molecule.
