Abstract

A large number of lines have been assigned corresponding to dipole components in both the A- and B-axes. Accurate rotational constants and dipole moment components have been derived. Studies of series of lines up to J-values of 18 show systematic distortion corrections which will be discussed, with reference to first and higher order treatment by the theory of Kivelson and Wilson. Nuclear quadrupole effects in the spectra are not easily resolved. The results will be briefly compared with theoretical expectations of the electron distribution.
