Microwave spectra for doubly and triply deuterated water dimers have been observed by molecular beam electric resonance spectroscopy. This new rotational constant information confirms the structure previously $reported1$ and refined structural data will be discussed. Nuclear hyperfine structure of $(H2O)2$ and $(D2O)2$ radiofrequency spectra have also been observed and will be discussed in this paper.
