The spectra of 1,1,2,2-tetrafluorocyclopropane, 1,1,2,2,-tetra-fluorocyclopropane-$d2$ and 1,1,2,2-tetra£luoro-1-$\mathrm{<mrow\; data-mjx-texclass="ORD">13</mrow>}$C-cyclopropane-$d2$ have been investigated in the region 18 to 40 GHz, The rotational constants (in MHz) for these species are, respectively, A = 3841.19, B = 2518.11, C = 1969.71; A = 3588.40, B = 2427.43, C = 1956.60; and A = 3588.60, B = 2421.20, C = 1952.44, Structural parameters will be discussed.
