As the role of the library grows to support instructors adopting, adapting, and authoring OER, so too have academic libraries started hiring librarians for positions to support that work. This subsection will look directly at the job landscape for these roles in libraries, what the day-to-day work may look like for these positions, and how librarians can build a community around OER both inside their institution and outside of it.
