The medium resolution $(\Delta \nu =0.125$ $cm-1$) IR spectra of the 1-0, 2-0 and 3-0 bands of $\mathrm{<mrow\; data-mjx-texclass="ORD">35</mrow>}$CIF and $\mathrm{<mrow\; data-mjx-texclass="ORD">37</mrow>}$CIF have been recorded and analyzed. The constants $\omega e,\omega exe$, and $De$ have been precisely determined for the first time. The $Be$ and $\alpha e$ constants agree with those determined from earlier microwave $data.1$ Preliminary values of some of the constants (in $cm-10$ are given below: [FIGURE]
