Abstract

The microwave spectrum of cis-1, 1, 2, 3-tetrafluorocyclopropane has been investigated in the region of 26.5 to 40.0 GHz. A rigid-rotor fit of fifteen μc type R-branch transitions yields the rotational constants: A=3450.37(1)MHzB=2402.81(1)MHzC=2060.21(1)MHz Transition frequncies were also determined for the two K−1=12+13μc type Q-branch series from J=13 to J=28. Radio frequency - microwave double resonance techniques confirmed both the R and Q-branch assignments.
