A composition based on the 1972 Ohio State University commencement, with a tuba and guitar player, Mickey Mouse, and a dog all in mortarboards. They are surrounded by a marching band, cows, newspaper text about the Honorary Degree Committee, a reclining gorilla, and recognizable campus buildings such as Ohio Stadium and Morrill Tower. Latin text reads "Corruptio Optimi Pessima Ad Eundem" and "Annus Mirabus" - or "corruption among the best is worst" and "wonderful year." The title refers to the honorary degrees awarded to comedian Bob Hope and Vice President Spiro Agnew during the commencement ceremony, although Agnew's exact relationship to "#214" is unclear as he was the 216th individual to be awarded an honorary degree by the university.
