Abstract

Spectra of water vapor between 1800 and $2200 cm^{-1}$ have been measured with a grating spectrometer (resolution $\sim 0.05 cm^{-1}$). After digitizing these spectra line intensities and half widths have been calculated simultaneously by a least squares fit program using The Ohio State University computer system IBM 370. This least squares fit method is described and the results compared with the other data.
