“The infrared spectra of both $SiH3NC$ and $SiD3NC$ have been examined over the range from $400cm-1$ to $4000cm-1$. In each case seven of the fundamental vibrations have been observed and the eighth (the SiNC skeletal bending) has been inferred from its first overtone. The spectral assignments, together with the Coriolis coupling coefficients, will be discussed.”
