Abstract

Recently we have undertaken a rotational analysis of the $(100)−(000)$ and $(010)−(000)$ bands of the $A 2 Π − X 2 Σ +$ system of SrOH. Preliminary results suggest a strong K-type resonance between the $(01 0 0) Σ$ and $(01 1 0) Δ$ vibronic levels of the $A 2 Π$ state. As for $B O 21$ , this is expected in linear molecules for which $A >> c ω 2$ .
