Knowledge Bank

The infrared vibration rotation spectra of $SeF6$ and $WF6$ have been measured in the region of their fundamental absorption bands. The Coriolis coupling constants evaluated from the observed vapor phase band contours, are used as constraints for the general force fields for these molecules.
