Abstract
An isolated petroglyph found on a ledge at the Tycoon Lake Rockshelter, Gallia Co., Ohio, is probably an example of the "hand-and-eye" motif generally associated with the "Southern Cult" phenomenon of the Southeastern Ceremonial Complex. Another hand petroglyph, now destroyed, is illustrated from the Hanover Petroglyph Site, Licking Co., Ohio
