Abstract

This is the minutes of the Council on Academic Affairs' meeting on June 3, 2009. Daniel A. Mendelsohn and W. Randy Smith (the Chair and Vice Chair, respectively) gave comments regarding relevant updates. Professors Daniel A. Mendelsohn and W. Randy Smith presented the proposal to add a Graduate Interdisciplinary Specialization in Latino/a Studies, and to increase the required hours of the Russian major from 43 to 50. Larry Baum and Kathy Corl led the discussion of minors.
