Abstract

The results of a concentration dependence study of the trap phosphorescence lifetime in dilute mixed crystals of monodeuterobenzene in perdeuterobenzene at 1.8K are presented. The existence of an orientational effect on the lifetime is discussed. The results are shown to be consistent with trap-trap triplet energy transfer.
