Abstract
Meeting minutes of the Board of Trustees of The Ohio State University held on January 29 & 30, 2015 at the Longaberger Alumni House, Columbus, Ohio. President Drake gave the President's Report. The committee reports were then discussed. The consent agenda included the following resolutions: Amendments to the Rules of the University Faculty, Resolutions in Memoriam, Statement of Ethical Conduct and Leadership Integrity, Ratification of Committee Appointments 2015-2016, Personnel Actions, Honorary Degree, Establishment of the John Glenn College of Public Affairs, Naming of Internal Space, Naming of Internal Spaces, Administrative Naming of Buildings, Distinguished Service Awards, Guidelines for the Audit and Compliance Committee, Charter for the Internal Audit Department, Approval to Enter into a Joint Use Agreement, Approval to Enter into Professional Services and Construction Contracts, Adoption of the Electronic Signature Rules, University Foundation Report, and Lease.
