We present high resolution saturation spectra of $\mathrm{<mrow\; data-mjx-texclass="ORD">32</mrow>}SF6$, obtained with a $CO2$ waveguide Laser over 500 MHz tuning ranges, for the P(12), P(14), P(16), P(18) P(20) lines of the 10.4 $\mu m$ band of $CO2$. The peak-to-peak linewidth is of the order of 20 kHz. Frequency differences have been measured by beating the waveguide laser locked to one $SF6$ resonance and a conventional low-pressure laser locked to a reference peak with an accuracy of $\pm$10 kHz for isolated lines. A theoretical fit, including terms up to true $2nd$ order in Amat-Nielsen ordering scheme, has bean obtained for 72 lines with a standard deviation of approximately 500 kHz.
