Abstract

The Fifth Positive, Kaplan’s 1st and Kaplan’s 2nd System of nitrogen have been photographed in the second order of a 21-foot grating spectrograph with a resolving power of 200,000. Analysis of the Fifth Positive System ($^{1}\Sigma-^{1}\Sigma$) yielded ${Be}^{\prime} = 1.752$ and ${Be}^{\prime\prime} = 1.480$, respectively. Some preliminary results will be presented for the two Kaplan systems.
