Knowledge Bank

The rotational structure of the $\nu 1$ and $\nu 3$ bands of $PH3$ at 4-5 $\mu m$ recorded at a resolution of 0.02 - $0.03cm-1$ has been assigned up to about J = 12. The molecular constants derived from the experimental data will be presented along with a discussion of the manner in which perturbations affect the observational data.
