Abstract

The ground vibrational state of ketene has been studied to obtain. hyperfine constants and accurate electric dipole moments. Centrifugal distortion effects will be discussed. The dipole moment of formaldehyde has been measured in both excited J and K states of the ground vibrational state and in the lower frequency excited vibrational states. The latter data was obtained using a hot supersonic nozzle beam source.
