The triplet Rydberg states of $\mathrm{<mrow\; data-mjx-texclass="ORD">7</mrow>}Li2$ have been studied by pulsed perturbation facilitated optical-optical double resonance (PFOODR) fluorescence excitation spectroscopy via three mixed $A\Sigma u+\sim b3\Pi u$ intermediate levels. 21 vibrational levels of the $23\Pi g$ state. 6 vibrational levels of the $13\Delta g$ state, and more than 40 PFOODR transitions into other triplet Rydberg states have been observed. Molecular constants and RKR potential energy curve of the $\mathrm{<mrow\; data-mjx-texclass="ORD">7</mrow>}Li223\Pi g$ state have been obtained.
