Abstract

A radiocarbon date of 580 B.P. ± 130 years. or A. D. 1370 (Sample No. CWRU-71 ) on charcoal from the Reeve Site (Whittlesey Focus), Lake Co., Ohio, accords well with previous estimates of A.D. 1300-1400 for Reeve Horizontal ceramics (Murphy 1971:298).
