Abstract

The measurements of Dodd, Roberts and Woodward1 have been repeated and extended. This new work necessitates some changes in the vibrational assignment for this molecule; these will be presented and discussed. In particular, the torsion is assigned as a relatively intense band occurring in the infrared spectrum of the gas at ca. 60cm−1.
