Description

IMPACT. 1: Clinicians see Community Day as a great way of giving back to our community and this event also provides students and residents with hands-on experience and the opportunity to learn from each other. -- 2. Participants whose screenings results are outside of the normal range are provided references for follow-up care. A key component of Community Day is an exhibitor tent with health and human service organizations from throughout Columbus.
