Raman spectra of formaldehyde oxime have been obtained at room temperature and $\sim$ $120\circ C$. These results, including polarization measurements, are discussed with regard to molecular structure and are compared to previously reported infrared spectra. Techniques for recording vapor phase Raman spectra will also be discussed.
