The $A\leftarrow X$ spectrum observed by Hsu and $Hessel1$ is compared in detail with that calculated from the corresponding MCSCF potential reported in the previous $paper.2$ We argue that the difference between the calculated A and X state potentials is in error by no more than $250 cm-1$.
